All candidates must qualify as a Lab Director
under CLIA for a lab performing high-complexity testing as set forth in 42 CFR
493.1443, e.g., (a) be MD or DO licensed in AZ and certified in anatomic or
clinical pathology by ABP or AOBP; OR have one year lab training during
residency or two years of experience directing or supervising high complexity
testing; OR (b) have a doctoral
degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science and be
